Do You Qualify?

You may qualify if you:

  • ✓ Are 65 years or older
  • ✓ Live in Pennsylvania (Bucks, Philadelphia, or surrounding counties)
  • ✓ Qualify for Medicaid (or have both Medicare and Medicaid)
  • ✓ Need help with daily activities like bathing, dressing, or cooking
